Delete your account

Svaachara’s core features work without an online account. If you created an optional cloud-backup account, you can delete it directly in the app.

Delete from the app

  1. Open Svaachara.
  2. Open the menu and choose Settings.
  3. Open Backup & Account.
  4. Sign in if requested.
  5. Choose the option to delete cloud data and account.
  6. Read the confirmation carefully and confirm deletion.

What is deleted

This removes the Svaachara cloud-backup record associated with your authenticated account and initiates deletion of the authentication account. Information stored only on the device can be removed by resetting app data or uninstalling Svaachara, subject to the device’s own backup settings.

If you cannot access the app

Email privacy@svaachara.com from the address associated with your account and request account deletion. We may ask for limited information necessary to verify ownership before processing the request.

Limited retention

For security and legal compliance, limited service records may be retained temporarily by service providers where necessary for fraud prevention, legal obligations or reliable deletion processing.
